Dink's Data Open Source?
Dink's data was submitted to OpenGameArt.com:

Did the submitter make a mistake, or had Seth indeed licensed the assets before under an open-source license?

I am pretty sure Beuc nagged Seth to change the license of the graphics so that he could include it as a Debian (and other distros) package for Freedink quite a few years ago.
We had a thread about it quite recently.
I find it quite funny that Nikita Sadkov uploaded it though. He's quite notorious on certain programming sites that I frequent.
We should get him to make a DinkC parser in symta.
