Don't You Hate It When...
When you find out that a game (or book, TV-series, movie etc.) you like is coming out, BUT it's not localized in your country!
In my case it's Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni (When They Cry) series.
I'm HUGE Higurashi fan and it saddens me that we only got first eight chapters in english.
And when I heard that Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni Sui, which consists all 20 chapters, is coming out March 12th (Which is my birthday!) I was full of joy... But then I noticed there's no worldwide release date...
Only in Japan, only in Japan...

Sucks that you won't get a manga book out of it. You will probably be able to read them translated online in time though.

Yeah, I'm not talking about the manga series (you can already find them online), but the visual novel series.

There's also the option to become less obsessed with anime/manga in general, but somehow I doubt that's gonna happen. 
Maybe there's still hope that it'll come out in English? I mean, I don't know but can't see any reason why it wouldn't, unless they decide to be bitches about it. Maybe late, but that'd still be better than never, right?
It's not anything special for Japan to delay worldwide releases/publications by year or two, anyway. Sucks, but not much you can do about it.

I love Higurashi's anime, especially the baseball bat scene and the nail-ripping scene. 
I feel your pain about unlocalized Japanese titles, although in anime I prefer subs.

Some dubs are very good though, like the English dubs of Cowboy Bebop and (imo) Full Metal Alchemist / Brotherhood.
Or the Big Green Dub of Dragon Ball Z.
Trigun has a good dub. Speaking of Trigun, I think I'll watch a few episodes tonight. Man I really like Trigun.

My girlfriend used to watch Full Metal Alchemist back when it aired here some years back. It's really the only anime I know anything about, but still very little as I never really paid too much attention to all the crazy storylines. From what I remember, the voice-work was pretty solid. It was subtitled here though, as a lot of shows are, and I can't remember whether it was the original Japanese voices or the English dub. If it indeed was the English dub, then I never noticed anything wrong with it (believe me, I'd have noticed. I'm somewhat of a nerd when it comes to voice acting stuff ).
Also, whenever I hear the name "Cowboy Bebop", I immediately think about Bebop from Ninja Turtles wearing a stetson.
