Because as far as we (Scratcher & I) are concerned, he's banned and we will just delete all his posts regardless of content (unless enough people have responded and the thread just wouldn't make sense without him. Please don't respond ).

You may remember that a couple of months ago we stopped deleting him for a while, it didn't last long at all before he started spamming again.
