Re: Redink1 why wont you finish DinkCraft?
That D-mod had alot of potential and......Its a big shame here my idea.
-Make Humans blue and orcs red rather then the same colour
-Maybe perhaps boss battles like Bloodlusted Ogres(WHOOAA MAN THERE WERE STRONG BACK IN WC2)
-Play as different characters per chapter.
-Deathwing as the final boss?.
-ability to play as the orcs.

Why couldnt he of just finished it?
Because busy busy busy! He had to manage time somehow and he chose to prioritize other projects. If he had finished this, he may have not finished some other great DMOD.

I didnt release it at all if i was I would make sure its finish.
Ok I admit I am not that great at D-mod making I tried to use MIDIs and scripting and it just didnt work.

I stopped working on it because creating a large D-Mod with lots of quests and NPCs is a ton of work, and I soured on the concept of it as I spent more-and-more time on it. I'm glad that I was able to use a lot of the graphics in Alliance Command.
But, you know, after 15 years, maybe I'll... no, no I won't be finishing it.

hay redink maek cycles of evil 2 plz

Normally I would agree with this statement, since having a project unreleased makes it more likely to be finished.
But, seeing as Dinkcraft was quite different than the average DMOD (and thus was a very good resource for other DMOD developers) and was very unlikely to be finished, releasing it just made the most sense.

I'm pretty sure evildoers don't recycle, Kerrek. That's what makes them evil. Didn't Captain Planet teach you anything?
In the unlikely event that I do make COE2, I'm totally going to use that title, kerrek.
Cycles of of evil dosent work in windowed mode and true colour.
I'd love to make a D-Mod with graphics/some of the ideas from DinkCraft.
Maybe I will after I've finished my other twelve hundred D-Mods currently in development.

How about you just finish it anyway.
