I found Heart of the Swarm to be disappointing it was too focused on Kerrigan and Skirmish missions she was very overpowered in the later missions plus overall she's just a b!tch anyway.
Not counting the mini evolutionary missions there only about 20 missions
Wings of Liberty was a bit better because you didnt have Raynor in almost every mission and it wasnt quite as focused on him and there where only a couple skirmish missions in the game.
Dont get me wrong I do like some skirmish missions as long its keep to reasonable level.
Legacy of the Void will feature Zeratul as the main character and the Protoss will be the main playable race this time.

The reason Kerrigan is such a she dog is because Arcturus Mengsk betrayed her, left her for the Zerg to kill, was Infested, had her mind practically torn apart so she would serve only the Zerg, was freed by having the Overmind killed, ran rampant due to her now-chaotic nature, was summarily defeated and brought back somewhat to her senses (Albeit, with her chaotic nature still present), and is now assisting her allies. The only major character development between the main SC2 campaign and Heart of the Swarm is that she's not constantly stabbing her allies in the back.

Her characterization is very interesting to observe.

Yet to only go back to being the queen of blades like one quarter into the game making Raynors effects meaningless in WOL
Plus the Overmind actually gave her free will if you played the original Starcraft Zerg campaign
And why the hell is Stukov back I mean he was KILLED in BW not infested he was killed

I think the first part of SC 2 was pretty good, haven't played the second one. I'll probably play them all when some kind of trilogy comes out, to save money.
