No, I'm not. I agreed a few months ago, but I think he has shown incredible improvement; much more than I had expected to be possible. He now makes comments which are on-topic and he tries to post more on-topic than off-topic stuff, just as was suggested to him.
Indeed he's not a candidate for the "citizen of the year"-award, but I find his behavior quite acceptable already, and I am expecting it to improve still. For example, he has been told lately that we don't like it when he's swearing; I expect him to stop doing that. That expectation is based on recent observations.

I'm not seeing any of this perceived improvement on TP's part as I keep deleting two thirds of his racist and/or insultive bullshoot. If he seems better, it's only because the staff isn't cutting him as much slack as before. If he can't get through with the horrible stuff, he posts something that is slightly more ambivalent.

My argument against your invalid one is that Scratcher has been exceedingly helpful to everyone. He alone has deleted dozens of PMs that Skorn posted that were nothing but capital 'A's. This is especially important since I cannot delete PMs myself. If not for Scratcher, I would have to constantly deal with computer-crashing bullshoot from Skorn.

My D-mod used to be a lot more difficult, but I had to tone it down so that it'd actually be beatable. Fun is different to different people, so some people enjoy my D-mod, some don't, and that's how game development works. Not everyone will be happy. Plus, for my first effort, and learning DinkC as I went, my D-mod turned out pretty freaking great.

v1.01, the first release, the bosses and higher level enemies had much higher health and defense than they do in v1.04, the current version. The game was a few steps away from being unbeatable.

He has mental problems which make him incapable of exactly realizing what he's doing. Yes, he does realize when we're angry with him, and I bet he even feels a bit sorry for making us feel angry, but when he's making those threads, he doesn't know/has forgotten it. It doesn't stick with him. It's like trying to teach a 1½-year old baby a word. The baby may say it once, but it's not like it remembers the word in a few hours. Furthermore, ThePunisher does make valid points about things, which I gotta be honest with, I often times agree with. Only problems I actually see, are the constancy of it and the insults. Saying he hasn't improved though, that's just a blatant lie. Yes, I've seen the deleted threads, but still, even a blind person can go back a few years, even months, and see that his behaviour back then was much worse.
Third, the staff did kinda abuse their power a few years ago, so I do see where that argument comes from. But that power-abuse hasn't been going on for quite a while now, so I think that subject can be laid to rest.
