Scratcher, please don't delete this until I tell him exactly why he's an idiot. (I will be editing this so no double post.)

Okay, ice cream is not bad for you inherently. If you make it with milk or cream from free-range cows, organic ingredients such as organic cacao and xylitol, raw sugar, and/or honey, you can have a delicious and healthy dessert treat.

Yogurt, especially yogurt from companies like Dannon, can be full of GMOs (Genetically modified organisms) and other chemicals. It is better to make yogurt yourself with all natural ingredients, especially if it's straight from the cow.

Soda is not bad for you, as long as it's made with real sugar. You can buy Sodastream stuff to make your own. Sodastream lets you carbonate your own filtered water, while selling you syrups for you to make. Or, you could do as my family does and make your own syrup. Ginger ale is easiest to make.

And once more, you are right in that eating fast food isn't good for you, but it's still a once-in-a-while food. It is better to eat foods that are free range and organic (Sensing a pattern here?)
Defaulting to any form of food, whether it's yogurt or a sandwich, can be risky, since there are all sorts of genetically modified foods and chemicals in any food supply.

As long as you eat a diet that is filled with the proper vitamins, nutrients, good fats, and probiotics and avoid the foods with poor nutrition, you'll live longer and better.

Regarding fast food, once more it's a once-in-a-while food. While I eat mostly organic foods, I allow myself things like pringles (My guilty pleasure) and a big mac from McDonalds (Both because it's one of those good-tasting-bad-for-you things and because it reminds me of why I eat organic).

Now, if you want to talk health, please give us some really good reasons, articles that show why eating certain things will make us sick, show us healthy alternatives, give us recipes. Don't just give us generic pictures you got off of google.

I suggest that you look up Mercola.com. It's a great place for health-related stuff.

There's already a food thread, no point in yet another. Plus, jabbing at people isn't nice.
