If i was dictator i would have or religous people all killed cut into pieces and fed to crocodiles.
I would have religous buildings bulldozed to the ground and have more important thingsbuiled their perhaps a gym.
Because if EVERYBODY was religous WE WOULD BE STILL LIVING IN THE DARK AGES I GARUNTEE IT!!

Anyways, I'd try and establish myself as a true leader than a dictator with my deeds. And govern the country as good as I can...

If I were a dictator, I'd make sure that people could have their own businesses and freedoms.
I would make sure that people could have their own religions and the people would be protected against acts of hatred because of race, religion, or ethnicity.
I'd also have fitting punishments for certain crimes. Rape or molestation? The rapist or molester would be castrated. Murder? Death sentence. Thievery? Something of equal or greater value would be given to the victim.

If you were dictator of whatever, you would be overthrown in a nanosecond. You have no skill as a leader, I know it. Why? Because you only lead things into despair. *coff*DN*coff*
