Replacing his previous three separate files, Talon65442 has made one Excel Spreadsheet listing all the keycodes used in Dink 1.08, FreeDink and Dink HD for both Windows and Android.

Hmm. So basically, if you want to use keys that work with all versions you're limited to numbers and the first half of the alphabet

I wonder if they're different again on the iPhone/iPad?

Not quite even that really.
You've got 1-5, 8-0, a-l, and n & o. That's 22 keys, you can add ten more if you want to have people running Dink HD for windows turn on Caps Lock to get Q-Z for a maximum of 32 keys common to all 4 versions.

Even just the 22 keys 'should' be enough.

I'd like to get Mac and iDevice keys added as well, but that won't happen unless someone else buys me a Mac and an iDevice
*edit* I'd be more than happy to zip and send anyone the .c files if they wanted to find those to have them added (making the files took more time than finding the codes).

Cool listing still, and exponentially better now that it's all in one. I think the button# stuff is mistaken, though: For me, button6.c works fine for both M and 6 in 108 and FreeDink, and for M in DinkHD (but not for 6). Button7.c works for 7 in 108 and FreeDink, but doesn't seem to work in DinkHD. There are also more button# keys, this nicked from dinkc.chm:

button4
'Enter'

button6
'M', '6', or Gamepad Button 6

button7
Gamepad Button 7

button8
Gamepad Button 8

button9
Gamepad Button 9

button10
Gamepad Button 10

You've got 1-5, 8-0, a-l, and n & o.

Hmm, well I'm glad there are that many at least. Using the weirder keys can be troublesome even if everyone has the same version, since those tend to change between different keyboard layouts. For example, if a dmod used [ and ] in FreeDink, I would be using å and ¨ on my Finnish keyboard.
