Dink 1.8 and windinkedit plus 2 works great on the mac using Crossover Games.

I recommend testing the free version first to see if the problems you want work with it!

Well yes, that seems like a given for anything though.

You might also want want to check out Wine before buying a commercial product that sounds very similar.
