I disagree. Men and women are not physically or mentally the same and should not be treated as though they are.

But it's still wrong that a woman can hit a man without any reason and basically walk away, while men aren't allowed to hit women even in self defense.

Here's my opinion:
Men should not hit women, unless the woman attacks him. (Basically, assault.)
Women should not hit men, unless the man attacks her. (Same reason.)

There's not really a line there. It's mainly about the post itself. Funny and/or cool necro posts, such as the recent one by Sabre, don't really matter. However, if the post either makes no sense or is spam, that's a bad necro.

There's never been a real rule considering it, but that's how it has worked so far. Of course, nowadays people automatically flame you, no matter what you do, so I guess it doesn't really matter.

It may apply for a community this small, yeah.
