Christmas im not saying this because just because its a religous celebration my family does it anyway despite the fact we despise religion.

Christmas is suppose to be spending time with your family which is a load of crap

Christmas is very boring sometimes your forced with your boring lame family

Christmas decoration are ugly you always see santa(TO BE HONEST IT WOULD BE PRETTY COOL IF HE WAS REAL) with these rain deers

I just dont see how christmas is such a big deal

I don't celebrate it but:
-I wish I could spend more time with my family; it's not a load of crap.
-My family is not lame and boring and I wish I could spend more time with them. That's a horrible thing to say; you hate your own family!?
-No presents for you.
-You wouldn't of course, since you hate it for silly reasons.

we dont celebrate christmas. christs birth isnt even on 25th december. its on saturnalia, a pagan festival. and christianity was made by babylonians who were pagan as well, just joined together

I wish I could enjoy Christmas, but for me it's always ended up being pretty dull. Probably largely because it's in the middle of summer in Australia, and it's hard to enjoy anything when it's horribly humid and 40 degrees.

I love christmas. Coziness.

I agree about the decorations. Well, a real christmas tree is still cool to have. But everything else (including the plastic trees) are just stupid. I don't like the Coca-Cola Santa, with his flying reindeers and red hat and coat. I wish we still had the original Finnish Santa story, where Santa would cut naughty kids' heads off and boil them in a pot.

Oh, and did you know christmas is not originally a religious happening, but it was held in the shortest day of the year.

I love Christmas too. I like my family, so I look forward to traveling each year to spend time with them. And I like the decorations, the music, and the whole atmosphere in general.

But it's true that a ton of people don't like Christmas. In fact, we're having a service at my church this weekend for people who are really unhappy during this time of year. It'll be kind of somber, but I hope it will encourage people a bit.

He wasn't actually designed for Coca-Cola ads, you know.

Not for the ads, but the modern Santa known throughout most of the world was designed by Coca-Cola. The flying reindeer idea was from Coca-Cola and some other big companies in America.

Christmas was originally the birth of Christ, but more recently it's all about buying gifts for people. Christmas has lost all meaning today, but my family celebrates it as Christ's birthday. We still exchange gifts though.

Wrong, Krisknox. Christmas wasn't originally celebrated for the birth of Christ. The original celebration was invented way before Christ was born. In fact, its name wasn't even Christmas originally. It was celebrated on the darkest and shortest day of the year.
