The Dink Network

To be very precise, let me tell you that (1)Dink has arrived at macine mountain by help of the nuff (2)Dink has no boat with him nor has he found one (3)Tinker has told him to bring the scale from the one tree island but how will Dink reach the sea-side because there are trees and high lanes(typical in very d-mod) blocking his way to the south(where sea is located).I want to know that how and where will Dink get the boat and how will he reach the sea-side.

There is a way south... go north to the cliffs, and go left, following the edge of the cliffs. There is a sort-of hidden path between the cliffs and the trees. Then after going as far left as you can go, you can finally go south.

Then you probably have to answer some riddles so you can eventually get to Port Town... but my memory is pretty fuzzy around that point.
