The first one could be a reference of how samurai or bushi would take their lives if they dishonored their family. 'Seppuku' or 'My Life' would be viable answers if the riddle follows that mindset.
With a man's worst nightmare, it could be something dealing directly with what they love. To lose what they love, possibly a 'Wife' or 'Family Member', or the nightmare is 'Impotence' or a 'Venereal Disease'. Maybe it's 'Sex' or 'Castration'. Most likely it is a 'Cock Block'.

the egg to make the first chicken the egg was made wrong by the ancient pigeon when wanting hard for someone to help get food for him when it hatced it was a chicken. the pigeon allowed the chicken to stay by he tried to teach the chicken to fly to collect other food but it never worked all they got was worms when the pigeon got them and eggs from the chicken.But when they had spare eggs some hatched the pigeon was amazed so he later brought one of them to a secret area in the nest where he ate the chicken but one saw and alerted the others so they all left and made families then the pigieon died of hunger when the chickens ate all the worms around him. He coundnt get any eggs because the chickens learned how to make Rousters to protect the eggs and hunt for worms.There is one Sword secret you babies.
