Making your day.
Kids being kids. (In other words, getting their faces smashed against the pavement. Ah, the memories.)
A nice run in the park.

Wow, the kid in the first video fails, as does the dog in the second one. xD
Don't look at the videos <ha ha ha>
They are not funny <Ha Ha Ha Ha>
They are ... <can't stop laughing>

What the feck did I just watch?!
EDIT: Flagged vid 1 for child abuse and vid 2 for animal abuse.

You flagged them? How silly. Neither are flag-able because it was self-inflicted in Video 2, and in Video 1 it was the child's own fault for being silly.
Funny stuff though.

Oh haha, a child and an animal got hurt.
I GET IT

Why the hell would you flag them? there is nothing Wrong with any of those videos. Why don't you just flag all the videos on youtube?

Because, these videos were clearly planned, otherwise there wouldn't be a camera set up at this point of convenience. Do you honestly think someone just happened to be there with a camera? In video one, someone obviously planned the child being thrown to the ground. Same with video two, as someone clearly did something to send that dog into a frenzy and hit its head on the...whatever it was.
If you don't believe me, then fine. But just putting these videos on YouTube to humiliate the child and to share the dog's abuse, is abuse itself. I wouldn't post something on a massive community, now a business unfortunately, about my own child where him/her got hurt. Would you do such a thing? Just imagine what it would be like to be that child, grow up, and find a video posted by your own parents. Wouldn't that suck? To have been embarrassed before you had any control over the issue? Think about it.

Didn't realize the fun police invaded The Dink network.
Fun!? Is this your idea of fun!? Watching a child being thrown to the ground by a poor supervising parent?
Now let's not turn this into a flame war, huh?

I partly agree with absolution. I don't think that those things were planned to happen to the child or the dog. Mabye the video with the girl was actually longer and the edited it to only show her falling on the ground. But I agree with absolution on it is wrong to post those on youtube. I wouldn't have flagged the videos myself but it seems as if people have been so desensitized to abuse or any kind of pain caused to others, that we find it funny. I don't find anything funny about people or animals being hurt whether intentional or not. People have freedom speech so if they want to post it I have nothing against them. Its thier kid so they can do what they want I guess. But I wouldn't want a video of me falling down and bashing my face to be posted on youtube against my will.
And I understand that it is highly unlikely that the dog or child were seriously injured, but I still don't find it funny.
Well I didn't mean to be a downer in this post just wanted to share my opinion.

And speech in this case constitutes someone else falling on the ground? That's a rather liberal interpretation of speech. Seriously, I can't see how someone could seriously say "Hello I wanted to say that <insert youtube video here>". Of course one could expand freedom of speech to mean freedom of expression but I feel there is still a difference...
Having said all this I wouldn't really like that kind of videos showing me all over the internet. And I could imagine that kid not wanting it either when she sees this in the future. I am often amazed at the kind of things people are willing to share over the internet, both about themselves and about others. But this discussion is an ethical one, not a legal one in my opinion.

You 're all pussies... Obviously those videos were captured accidently and the filmer thought it was funny and uploaded it.... Dont talk about abuses when youre clearly clueless. I thought you were joking with us - then i noticed your comments on each video. You are so pathetic its annoying, frankly. Think about your own deeds, then reflect about this: "am i silly suited to be a moral police?".
Get real people, seriously.

I guess that is more of what I meant to say metatasal, freedom of expression. I just meant to say that if parents want to post a video of thier child on the internet then who are we to stop them.

Exactly! It very sad to see some of the things people will share about themselves just to get some sort of attention. For example, those who post provocative pictures of themselves on social networking site or talk about abuse of drugs. These things could always come back to bite them in the ass. Future employers could see it and jepordize any chances you had of getting a job.
People don't actually think through these desicsions before posting personal things about them. Very sad.
Edit: Meta your name is confusing...lol I spelled it wrong

What rubbish is this? "You're all pussies"... that's not how to construct an argument, my friend.
Anyway, regardless of whether or not this is child/animal abuse, the videos simply aren't funny.

No, clearly thats no argument! Read on instead getting insulted.
Some people.......

15 years from now... The kid will apply to be a trapeze walker in a circus, only to be rejected when her would-be employers discover this video. She will never get over the feeling of embarrassment and the horrible mental scarring caused by having her friends and family watch the video will follow her to her grave.
I realize you guys are talking about a broader subject, but it's ducking ridiculous if you keep it in the context of this video.
There are plenty of clips in shows like "America's Funniest Home Videos", though, that just look like they hurt like hell and aren't funny to begin with.

Absolution, who the hell cares if a child or a dog gets hurt? It's not like you know them anyway.
@Scratcher
I wasn't reffering to the little girl when I was talking about a future employer. I didn't know that I made it sound that way.

Ah, the relief of watching someone else's misery makes me forget about my own.
Thank you, Kris. Thank you.

Skorn, this is one of those times when your flawed logic being used against all of our flawed logic is not needed. Obviously the parent (Or sibling) was taping their child (Or sister) That would be really ducked up if it were a sister/daughter) and she wanted the person taping the video to watch their dog's neat trick. Now, kids hit their heads on the pavement a lot, it's not like we all have dain bramage or something.
As for the dog hitting the wall, that was funny.

Maybe a classic will brighten up this day. Love that scene.
First two videos didn't, but Marpro's link is to L0L for. Background music matches perfectly
Play the video in slow motion and it sounds like she's puking when she falls. Pretty funny.
