D-Mod storys
Hello, I deciden I can't make a D-Mod but I can write great storys. So someone who want to make a D-mod but don't have a story on mind I can help.

Do I have to plead the Staff for a sticky? I've said time and time again that if someone uses another person's idea, it won't feel like theirs and will inevitably fail miserably. People need their own ideas, or the world will go stale.
This about mercy! Mercy for a pathetic D-modder!

Then let't say I need a "HELP" for my D-mod
This is the problem with the game industry
Game designers want to make their own awesome game and they use their story they have in their head, except, it sucks balls most of the time. This isn't too surprising. Specific artists are hired for art, music, concept art, animation, ... Programmers are hired for the game systems. PR people for the business end. But the story, often something I look for in a game, is not left to a real writer or someone who's actually experienced at writing stories.
I think offering your abilities as a story writer is a valid offer, but of course as a modding community people usually just want to make their own games by themselves, completely, every aspect. But, perhaps you could offer some samples of stories you've written before?

I'll relent because of what Kyle said, but only a little. Show me what you've got.
Learn how to program in DinkC. I recommend printing out the DinkC reference in condensed form (as many pages as fit on your wall) and then stare at it.
Wait 30 minutes past the point of insanity, hit yourself with a banana, question why you listened to me in the first place, then go to sleep. The knowledge will hit you like a bonca on steroids the moment you wake up. You'll feel the power of the code crackle at your fingertips, and then you should laugh maniacally for good measure.
Then get to work.

Why didn't I think of that? It would have made learning to code so much easier...
At the cost of lost sanity, but sanity is overrated anyway.

I had to make the last part of your post my new tag.
Well I don't have stories from the past but I can create one.
well...
the problem is that (a lot of the times) the dinkers who have a lot of ideas bursting to be released are quite young so they don't know how to make the mods
and those who can make the mods don't have the ideas

also those who can make the mods don't want to have other peoples ideas

I've always been fond of the adopt a story idea, but it rarely works. It's hard to get on the same page as the author and by time you've communicated every detail to the person making the DMOD, you probably could've learned to do it yourself.
Also, if it is a great story it would probably take a long quest or epic DMOD to convey it. That in itself is a daunting task that could take a year+ to make. A general plot idea for a ROMP could work, but I see that's probably not what you're going for. Anything more than that is too much to ask for the average DMOD author.
