"Developers Keys" file is incomplete?

This seems to be missing two scripts, for the keys:
6 = Does nothing new - it's the same as 'M' (shows map, if you have one).
7 = Shows the console (press escape to exit).

I was just wondering; what were they supposed to do?

6 is the same as pressing M so I didn't make anything for that. And 7 seems to be missing as you say, oops

I'll update it asap.

The console brings up a line at the bottom of the screen where you can type in a line of DinkC and the game will run it as if it was a script... I haven't actually found it useful myself so far though. Mainly because I never remember it exists.

I've found it very useful as a developer's tool. This allows me more easily to test partially finished areas or to skip parts of an area so I can get to the part I'm testing more quickly.

Ah ok, it opens a command line ... that's fine then, I can probably get along without it .. so far I've just been adding lines to one of the other existing scripts in the area then reloading ... that's good enough for me.
