Updated Dev File: Platform Transportation
Rabidwolf9 has updated his Platform Transportation system, fixing a bunch of bugs and changing the way the timing points work (among other things!).

Found a bug though, once when I boarded the platform it just went away without me and I was left at the red starting localization unable to move.
