I know it is probably some sort of an April Fools joke, but seriously, how did you guys change the avatar? I don't see the options listed anywhere, and as far as I know the people who have been doing this arn't staff members (I think).

Surprisingly enough, they are staff members, who have complete control over their avatar.

I freaking loved that movie by the way. I was shocked it didn't win Best Film. Poor old James Cameron.

How did you do that?

They won't tell you how they did it, they didn't tell me, but it involves some hacking. Nothing that will compromise the board or anything, though.
