If you mean, that, it just spawns you to other script.

I dont think that's it, because in the develop file (scripts), there is no splash.c script and even on my d-mod

I think it spawns to the loading screen/splash screen.

So, if that's it, i can create my own too?

Copy the splash graphic from the original game's TILES -folder to your own D-Mod's TILES -folder, and start editing.
