bscript.ini
What's the format for the bscript.ini? Is there some sort of default one? I've downloaded both WDE and WDE+ but neither of them had any bscript.ini, but say that functionality for one has been added.

Download an older version, it is present in there. It was strangely forgotten with a newer release of WinDinkEdit+. If you're really that lazy, here's mine. It should be pretty simple to modify it to your own needs. It has to reside in the same folder as your executable, and is called bscripts.ini not bscript.ini as you seem to think.
