If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
Download an older version, it is present in there. It was strangely forgotten with a newer release of WinDinkEdit+. If you're really that lazy, here's mine. It should be pretty simple to modify it to your own needs. It has to reside in the same folder as your executable, and is called bscripts.ini not bscript.ini as you seem to think.
