It hasn't snowed here yet.

It was raining all day here yesterday.

Well, it's also been snowing here for a while, but this is the first time it stays on the ground

Here it's only millimeter-sized snowflakes that seeks out your eye, lands on the iris and annoy the heck out of you.

It's warm in South island but not in the North?!!

@ schnapper: How should I know? So far as I can tell all the Kiwi's on the DN are in the Southern island. And I don't look at the Weather forecasts

Why doesn't it snow here.

Maybe because we live in a sub-tropical continent, DD95?
