yes this changes the way the screen is displayed in DinkEdit.... and WinDinkEdit too. It looks... funky.
But in the end I'll probably stick with the standard colours - I'm used to them.
The readme file is good, and installation is easy.

The DinkEdit skin was much better than I thought before i downloaded it. It really freshes up DinkEdit and also WinDinkEdit a lot, so it not only looks a lot cooler, but becomes a bit more functional too! It's even possible to overwrite the default graphics, in the "Dink" folder, to use the skin as default for (Win)DinkEdit! The idea with DinkEdit skins can also be used for making it more difficult to cheat using DinkEdit. One problem, though, is that the new mouse looks bad, in my opinion.
