Summary--This is a very short board with a lot of creative elements (music, enemies, items). If you don't mind the lack of plot, it is a great DMOD for its length.

Music--9.5. It wasn't amazing, but it was new, which was enough for a short DMOD. I hate old music, and there wasn't any here.
Plot--6.5. The alternate universe theme is lame. I liked the brief interactions with the dragon, but the plot was almost nonexistent. It was short, as others have noted; it was so short that it was a bit unsatisfying.
Gameplay--8.5. The sword and fireball spell were free instead of requiring effort. I liked the new enemies (including one enemy that used an old graphic but had a new attack routine), the hidden enemy, and the simple secrets.
Difficulty--9.0. Non-combat challenges were nonexistent, but the combat was just right. I almost died twice (on this board with no save points), largely due to there being narrow spaces and fast enemies that made dodging challenging. The boss fight was especially good.
Other--There were no bugs that I found, although there were a lot of irritating typos. Eating different types of mushrooms was cool. There were no new weapons or spells.
