You want to know what sucks? The fact that if you could have all the magasines in this whole gigantic world that ever wrote even a single word about Dink SmallWood, I think you couldn't light a fire with them. Come on, I mean almost NOBODY ever wrote about this game, although it is something. OK, so maybe it's not as advanced as otherRPGs that appeared then, but at least it's a game made by only three people (OK, you're right, they were da best), and what is really amazing is that the game is for free. Not to mention it is highly editable. I really don't see why some people can't see the obvious.
WE are a community of people that know each other mostly because of this game. If a single game can unite who knows how many persons, then I guess it is quite important. Ok, I agree, the first time I played dink (I think it was a demo), I played it from a magasine CD, and I liked it so much that several years later I was still trying to find that game. Then I discovered it was for free.
So, the question is why are we not heard? We should have something to say about action-RPGs anyway, because not every gamer will pass over the 256 colors graphics and enjoy the game. The Network IS important, but nobody can see it. Hmm.
