Dink Network: Accepted File Changes

Due to a few problems I've had with people submitting worthless files, I've added a few new rules for submitting files that are to take effect immediately. Files released before will not be deleted, they'll be 'grandfathered' in. For a more detailed explanation of the rules, read the comments.

Do not send variations of the D-Mod Skeleton.
After Skeleton X was added to The Dink Network, everyone seemed to want to add a new flair onto Skeleton B. For example, I've had an Island Skeleton, City Skeleton, and a Starter Kit sent to me which are just Skeleton B with new maps, tutorials, and midis.

Why are these worthless? To add a new map or midis to a Skeleton is like starting a painting with a rough outline painted by someone else on the paper. A Skeleton should be about as bare-bones as possible... and Skeleton B fits that purpose. Tutorials shouldn't be packed with a Skeleton, release them seperately if they're needed at all.
Do not send Midi Packs, unless they are original midis and offer credit to the creators.
I've been easy on this so far... but I think its time to stop midi packs anyway. If, like Amoebalord, the midis are custom made and you can't get them anywhere else, sure, we'd be glad to have them... but to pack misc. midis together into a pack... they'll no longer be accepted. There are enough dedicated midi sites out there.
Everything else is pretty self-explanatory.

If you disagree, post your comments and I'll listen as always.
