If you made that many changes to it already, perhaps you shouldn't have released it yet in the first place.
Really, I think everyone, after finishing a dmod, should leave it for a week, and try not to think about it too hard. Coming back to something after a break gives you a much, much broader view, and you notice things that need improving which would have eluded you before.
Admittedly, leaving a finished project just lying is also much, much easier said than done.
