The Dink Network

: I've been trying it for a long time now, and I thought it had something to do with my old comp not being able to handle it, but on my new comp it's the same mess:

: I press Alt-Print Screen, in PSP version 5 Edit-paste as new image, load colours palette (Dink Palette) and then I keep ending up with a weird, dark picture.

: Now, how do make a decent one?
