: Just download it off of fileplanet or from WCNET. I had no trouble downloading it from fileplanet with dialup.
I know the speed decreases when you download huge files like PQ on fileplanet, but you have to be patient.

I use Flashget and when it becomes slower just stop it and then resume the download. The speed is high again!
