After over a week waiting for my Xbox coffin to arrive, and receiving an e-mail asking whether I still needed my 360 fixed, I called Microsoft today.
It seems they don't send out coffins anymore. It doesn't matter that the original e-mail they sent me said they had shipped the box to me, or that the customer services agent told me I would receive packaging to return it in. They don't do it anymore.
So I've now arranged to have my 360 picked up tomorrow, and can expect to wait another 4 years before I get it back. I would have shouted at the customer service people in an effort to get free stuff... but I'm not that guy.
Can I have a hug? Please?
