Well, the humor was a bit of a cliché, but it wasn't very bad. You could just bring it a little more subtle.

I don't think you should explain the story any better, it was pretty clear for me. And there's got to be something to guess at the beginning. If you want to change the story a bit try to tell more during the time that Dink actually plays and rely less on cutscenes.

About bugs:
-Try to fix the bug already mentioned in the readme, it's really annoying...
-There are rather large hardness holes on screens 153 and 155.

Oh, and don't add anymore goodies if that just means more power-ups. This game has too much of that already anyway. (If you mean cool new weapons/magic on the other hand...)
