This reminds me of the Dink forum back in 2000 (8 years ago!)... Dinkers checking in to trade stories of the devastation of the Y2K bug.. alas, apart from a couple decade old 386s no longer working, it was a disappointing discovery to find the world was exactly the same as it was yesterday, all across the globe Not a single plane fell out of the sky!
