If you have no D-Mods and want to re-install from scratch then go to C:\Program Files (if you're not sure how to get there then click Start > Run... and type in "c:\program files" without the quotes) and delete the "Dink Smallwood" folder.
Now re-install it and it should be back to normal.
Btw it's generally better to start a new topic if you have a question like this, you'll usually get a quicker answer because people will know what you're talking about (this thread is for discussing, ahem, Halo).

Edit: Hmm... just found uninstall.exe. Well try this way anyway, it should be fine.
