I have a fun fact simulur to this situation. Originaly nintendo teamed up with playstation (I hope you all know nintendo came first) and were desining a disk using system when they had almost finished the system playstation had all rights to the system and took the desingn and ran with it... thus the reson playstation and nintendo seem to compeate alot in the gameing industry. If i remember corectly the name of the system was going to be game cube like their first disk using counsle but the relese was delayed becouse they had to change the desine due to copyright laws. Vastly changeing the design of the system and disk.
