Focus-on-mouse-hover is awesome.

I don't care for it, but each to their own, you know. The nice thing about Linux is that it has been created to be configurable. Windows has been created to be as hard as possible to configure. That's why all the fun settings are hidden in the registry behind nonsense GUIDs like {88FE2C22-BB88-8B68-C72D-E20E5C408749} and in other weird non-guessable places. Sometimes you even have to create non-existing registry keys to get the setting you want! User-friendly my ass.

In Linux, on the other hand, you find settings in configuration files, or if you're lucky, there's even a GUI program for it. It's never intentionally hidden, at least.
