I must say I've never read a novel written in that way.
Almost everyone here capitalizes properly, so why complain about that? And it's easier (at least for me) to use shift rather than caps lock unless you're typing LOTS IN A ROW.
I was wondering the same as Phoenix but didn't like to ask... now I'm even more curious as I'd never have thought this style was taught in colleges. Maybe for poetry? (!?!?!?
