It's not like there are that many meanings for the word 'bust'.. But yes, it's somewhat annoying that someone just lies in wait for every possibility to shout out "eek, adult words, I don't want to have anything to do with them".
If they bother someone that much, my kind advice is to consider having a hearty talk with their parents about, er, the adult world. It might lessen the fear towards words. Inviting people to post more adult words by saying "eek, they bother me so" at a forum won't.
