You have to do this:

In the "GRAPHICS" folder, create a new folder called "inter" (you don't need to create one if your mod already have one...), in this folder create another one called "STATUS", in this folder you'll put the new bars with the names: "STAT-01" (left side bar), "STAT-02" (right side bar), "STAT-03" (bar with health, gold, ...).

To change the screenlock bars, you'll have to go at: Graphics - Inter, create a folder "MENU", and put the new screenlock bars with this names: "MENU-09" (left side bar), "MENU"-10" (Right side bar).

I've done this to change my mod bars without change the "Dink.ini", I think this is the easier way to do this...
