Jeez, that's a level 65 elite weapon, rarely dropped by level 68 Lava Giants in Lower Darklands. Plus you need the Dormant Army Expansion Set to get there.
I think you have mistaken it for the Banana CROSSbow, which is level 30. But why would you want that? Level 30 sucks, plus you're almost level 50 meaning you can soon equip the Banana Poleaxe. You can get one from the Lesser Ice Dragons (level 53-55)In the dungeons under the Goblin Castle. You should bring a group or you'll get owned.
