I've done all the cow levels and seen uber duriel, uber izual, and lilith (the sad truth is i had to have someone else kill them for me 
). The keys are not supposed to be in single player and they are hard to find (tedious) in bnet, but they are worth finding if you get 3 keysets to trade. I use the official bnet diablo website and d2tomb for looking up items and strategies.
