I think most of the reasons Rajesh's posts are annoying is the way people react to them, if we all either ignored the spam that floats around the board 24/7 or replied with decent intelligent posts people (not just Rajesh) might get the idea.
Another idea is to ask Redink1 to cap the amount of posts in 1 day or 1 hour to prevent immense spam wars.
