I think the explanation skull gives for making the skull1995 instead of skull2005 is sensible. I know a lot of people who have their birthyear in their email address. On the other hand I don't know that many people who have the year they created the email address in the name...
On the other hand it's still weird that dertin registers an email address called skull.

Skull posted a message on may 18th as well, which would be inconsistent. Furthermore skull posted on april 22th that he would leave for 4 weeks, not two.

That's very suspicious to say the least. Often there's really little time between posts from skull and dertin2, if they're coming from the same IP address...
I do think that the DMOD kill bill is very different from the skull's HOC series though, it doesn't feel like it was made by the same person. Plus the low posting rate from jameil makes me feel they might actually be different. The evidence over dertin2/skull seems pretty convincing though.
