But cause it's Alessa's subquest you don't have to do that. So if you don't want start again you don't have to do that.
You don't have to go Oasis even. Only thing it matters is that you don't get map and Temple of the Ancient comes later.
(Maybe you want do it later. It's a lot easier with better weapons and health)
