That could be it, though it'd be better if there was some set code or pattern for reviews. Compared to other files the review makes it seem like a bad rating. The scoring thing was just a little side note anyways, I don't really care all that much. I just don't agree with what he said in the review, but then again, I guess everyone has their opinions. So more power to you.

And I'd have to agree that giving it a 10 wouldn't be so good. I was more expecting a 7 as scratcher said. I don't know if I'd call that generosity or not, maybe it has something to do with the grading scale (school) and in that case 5.0 / 10 would not be good
