Well, I know that when people get to choose a number between 1 and 4 (1 and 4 included), they often choose 3, because people tend to choose numbers in the middle, but they feel 2 is too close to 1. Extremes, like 1 and 4 in this case, are seldomly chosen. So I guess most people will choose numbers 30-69.
