If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
Playing DMODs is pretty easy if you have Dink 1.08...
Just download the DMOD, double click the .dmod file and it should unzip. Fire up DFArc2.exe (in your Dink Smallwood folder) and it should give the name of your downloaded DMOD in a list, then click 'play' to well... eh... play.
But if you're not comfortable with installing and playing DMODs I wouldn't recommend you installing any miscellaneous files...
BTW: If you're planning to stay here, get used to the fact that most threads end up totally off-topic.
EDIT: If you're having problems playing DMODs it might be neccessary to run Dink first.
