EDIT: I had problems with Paolini's elves, personally. I liked Arya's perspective, but some of the others... like Vanir, really annoyed me. In a way I flowed through the book, taking in some of the philosophical aspects, but... quite honestly I was more interested personally to read about Roran's descent into the void...
