I think the more appropriate thing to say is that the people who are unaware of or don't care about Terry Goodkind's books often don't know about obscure things that interest so-called rational dweebs.
No. Others that didn't read Terry Goodkind's books would get it. Almost all Objectivists would, especially those that read Ayn rand's Atlas Shruggled, since Faith of the Fallen, which the album and song is based on, is basically a scaled down version of that book.
