Even made up languages have to have guidelines. They need to have pauses, classes, objects and syntax. There needs to be repeatability, and an ability to be used.

That's where J.R.R.'s Elven language was brillant. It followed all of the guidelines. But then Tolkien did have a PhD in English, so he knew what he was doing. It also explains why he was such a ,aster user of the language.

The problem with making up languages, is that you are greatly influenced by your mother tounge. So, in essence, any language you make up will most likely be nothing more than a glorified code. On the otherhand, if you started to make a language that had the noun words actually modified by any adjectives, and not just adjacent to them, then you would be making a good atempt at it.

I am working on creating two languages (a national one and the dragon one). The national one doesn't seem to do that. Its just a direct translation of words. However, I believe the dragon one does so far. However, the labguages are early in their development (about 50 words for the national one and about 10 for the draconic one). i also have not begun to work on the phonology, syntax, grammer, etc of the languages. I will get around to that when I'm done with the words. I also want to study English at university first.
